How to contribute to our vision
Establishes the defined quality management system tailored/aligned to the project-specific requirements to ensure the quality in process and product quality in service/solution project to achieve customer satisfaction and business success. Acts as a member of the project core team with special focus on failure prevention. Advocates to a higher quality aspiration.
This role will focus on Service APAC Taiwan OFF windfarm quality management work. The functions of this role are that:• Supports the SPM/SAM/SOM in all aspects of quality as an expert and partner.• Ensures availability and regular review of Service Quality Management Plan/Umbrella QMP according to contract requirements (at the latest at PM500) (incl. Project Quality Targets, Quality Activity Plan, Quality Inspection and Employer Quality requirements acc. to the contract).• Supports Operational business to ensure that project site is working in accordance with all relevant SGRE Procedures to achieve the requirements defined in the ISO9001 standard.• Liaises with BU ON and/ or BU OF QMiPs on quality related topics in the lead-up to WTG and Park hand-over.• Maintains QMP for the Project (throughout the Service and Maintenance duration) (incl. project quality targets, updating Quality Activity Plan)• Guides and executes at site to do “spot checks” and planned surveillance of high-risk areas to verify compliance• Provides the Project team with the quality tools needed to facilitate resolutions of quality related 8Ds• Drives and leads issues and risks relating to non-conformances and cost associated with inadequate quality together with site management team• Serves as point of escalation for site resources if rules are not fully implemented at site• Supports the SOM in delivering project results that meet or exceed:- Customer requirements- Quality requirements and targets. - Customer satisfaction targets• Implement EQS team's other working requirement, include quality and HSE aspect
